Women interested in pivoting to an IT career have the chance to start the new year with a 12-week course designed for that exact purpose. Girls in Tech Luxembourg—with support from the Department of Media, Connectivity & Digital Policy via Innovative Initiatives—has introduced a business intelligence course geared toward professionals with non-technical backgrounds.

This initiative incorporates the business intelligence fundamentals, hands-on experience & relevant soft skills needed to succeed in IT roles. Through online lessons & in-person sessions, women gain technical knowledge and, thanks to hands-on projects, a portfolio with which to face the Luxembourg job market. The goal of this tuition-free course aligns with Innovative Initiatives’ commitment to digital skills & digital inclusion, as it supports projects that expand tech opportunities for women & other underrepresented populations.
