At first glance it might resemble speed dating, but Digital Skills Matchmaking is on a mission to catalyze new digital skills partnerships as efficiently as possible. Multiple times a year, these events bring together (1) CSR-minded companies and (2) owners of socially minded digital projects.

Innovative Initiatives draws on its relationships with project owners while IMS Luxembourg, a network of companies dedicated to CSR contributions, invites its member businesses. Partnerships come in many forms and involve the exchange of ideas, skills, resources or services. The sessions have resulted in dozens of impactful partnerships. Digital Skills Matchmaking generally takes place in conjunction with innovation conferences, and includes preparatory workshops to help attendances get the most out of their experience.
