The dashboard can be accessed at http://eduboard.lu; it allows individual pupils to follow their training career and progress online, whether the training course they are enrolled on leads to a DT (technician’s diploma), a DAP (vocational skills diploma) or a CCP (certificate of professional competence).

Using ‘eduBoard’, pupils can see at any time how many modules they must take during their training, how many modules they have already successfully completed, and how many are still needed before successful completion of each stage in their training career (annual progression, intermediate report, final report, etc). The information on ‘eduBoard’ is updated half-yearly, after class council meetings have been held.

Access to ‘eduBoard’ is strictly personal and secure, using the IAM (identity and access management) system set up by the Centre de gestion informatique de l’éducation (CGIE), the IT management centre at the Ministry of Education, Children and Youth.

The ‘eduBoard’ platform is in addition to the 154 explanatory sheets on vocational training courses available at secondary schools in the Grand Duchy published at the start of the 2016–2017 academic year, and supplements the essential information available on the guidance and progress of vocational training pupils.
