As machine’s “learn” to do more on their own, translating society’s big data into value and bringing speedy precision to traditionally human tasks, it is easy to imagine all of the lifechanging applications that could come.
It is also easy to forget that these new breakthroughs will only arrive if the AI field gets what it needs to thrive: professionals with AI skills. In an effort to build a workforce that can feed AI and strengthen society, Microsoft, along with Devoteam Luxembourg, Digital Luxembourg and the ministry for the Civil Service, partnered to launch Luxembourg’s first AI Academy. It will offer three training modules: a business program for decision makers and two others for technical professionals. The business portion helps those in leadership roles master AI in order to implement smart AI strategies in their own organizations.
